Bookstore Terms of Sale

Please contact us to arrange an order and postage quote. Postage is calculated personally according to the number and weight of books, the parcel size, the delivery destination and the available postal options. This allows multiple books to be combined into one parcel wherever practical instead of charging a separate postage amount for every book.

We will provide the available postage price or options before payment. An enquiry or request for a quote does not create a confirmed order. The order is confirmed when you accept the total price, including postage, payment is received and we issue confirmation. Payment must be received before dispatch.

Book prices are shown in the stated currency. Availability will be confirmed when the postage quote is prepared. If the postal price changes before you accept and pay for the order, we will give you an updated total before proceeding.

We take reasonable care with descriptions and images. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or printing. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative, credit or refund.

We will use the postage option you accept when confirming the order. Delivery estimates supplied by the postal carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or delivery was not collected, additional postage may be payable before resending, subject to applicable law.

Please contact us if an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or incorrect so we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges merely because you change your mind, order the wrong item or no longer want the product, unless we agree otherwise in writing. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or not the item ordered, contact satnaam@adinampreetyoga.com with your order details and, where practical, photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

You are not required to return a product without first receiving return instructions. Where the product has a covered fault, reasonable return costs will be handled as required by law.

Purchasing a book or product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights. Products and their content must not be copied, reproduced or commercially distributed except as permitted by law or the rights holder.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply elsewhere.
