Adi Nampreet is a certified international KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is qualified to teach Kundalini Yoga and offer spiritual mentoring to support personal and spiritual wellbeing within the scope of her training and experience.
Kundalini Yoga, movement, meditation, breath practices, relaxation and spiritual mentoring are educational and complementary practices. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, physiotherapy or emergency support and should not replace advice or treatment from a qualified health professional.
Consult an appropriate health professional before participating if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, living with a medical or mental-health condition, taking medication that may affect participation, or unsure whether a practice is suitable.
Tell the teacher before the session about any relevant condition, injury, pregnancy or limitation and update this information when it changes.
Choose modifications where offered. Move gently, remain aware of your own capacity and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, numbness, unusual shortness of breath, distress or another concerning symptom.
Do not use force, strain or breath retention against medical advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether to participate and for seeking professional care when needed.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services. In Australia, call 000.
Spiritual mentoring and discussion are not counselling or psychotherapy unless expressly described and delivered by a suitably qualified professional. No particular physical, emotional, spiritual or financial result is promised.
This is a practical business policy based on information provided for Adi Nampreet Yoga. It is not a substitute for legal advice. An Australian solicitor should review policies before relying on them for specialised circumstances.
