Adi Nampreet Yoga

Online Class and Recording Consent

Applies whenever an Adi Nampreet Yoga online class, workshop or event is recorded

Effective date: 19 July 2026 · ABN 48 165 911 789 · satnaam@adinampreetyoga.com

1. Notice of recording

Some online sessions are recorded so a replay or digital resource can be made available. Recording will be disclosed on the booking or sales page and may also be announced at the beginning of the session. The recording may show the teacher alone or may include gallery view, participants’ display names, images, voices, chat contributions or other participation.

2. Participant choices

If you do not wish your image or identifying name to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and change your display name before recording begins. Remain muted except when speaking directly with the teacher. Private matters should not be placed in a recorded group chat. Please contact us before the session if you need help participating without being identified.

These steps reduce the likelihood of being captured but cannot guarantee complete exclusion if you choose to speak, turn on your camera, post identifying information or otherwise participate visibly during recording.

3. Consent to incidental appearance

By joining a session after receiving notice that it will be recorded, and by turning on your camera, speaking, posting in a visible chat or otherwise contributing, you consent to that contribution being captured in the recording and made available for the purpose and audience described at booking.

Separate express permission will be obtained before a participant’s contribution is intentionally featured in public advertising, social media or promotional material. Consent to a class replay alone is not consent to promotional use.

4. Access and permitted use

The access period shown for the relevant purchase applies. It may be 48 hours, another stated period, or ongoing/lifetime access as defined in the Terms and Conditions. Recordings are provided only to the audience described on the sales page, which may include registered participants or purchasers of a digital offering.

Recordings and access links are for private personal viewing. You must not download unless expressly enabled and permitted, screen-record, copy, edit, share, publish, upload, broadcast, teach from, sell or otherwise distribute them. All intellectual-property rights remain with us or the relevant rights holder.

5. Privacy and group confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to limit access to the intended audience, but online transmission and participant conduct carry some risk. Every participant must respect the privacy of others and must not disclose personal stories or identifying information shared in a session.

6. Withdrawal or concern

You may withdraw from future recorded participation by keeping your camera and microphone off, leaving before recording begins or contacting us. Withdrawal does not necessarily require removal from a recording already created or distributed where removal is impracticable, but we will consider a reasonable request with care, taking account of privacy, contractual and legal obligations.

7. Recording consent

By accepting the recording consent at booking, I confirm that I understand the session may be recorded, understand how to participate without intentionally appearing, and agree to the conditions above.
