Adi Nampreet Yoga

Website and Service Terms and Conditions

Applies principally to Adi Nampreet Yoga services, digital materials and use of the websites

Effective date: 19 July 2026 · ABN 48 165 911 789 · satnaam@adinampreetyoga.com

1. Acceptance

By using our website, making a booking or purchase, or participating in a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Health Disclaimer, Participant Waiver and any service-specific information shown before purchase.

If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us and provide any consent we require before participation.

2. Our services

Adi Nampreet Yoga may offer in-person and online yoga, meditation, breath practices, private sessions, spiritual mentoring, workshops, events, memberships, class passes, recordings and digital resources. The inclusions, schedule, price and access period displayed for a particular offering form part of these terms.

3. Bookings and payment

A place is confirmed when the required payment is received and we issue confirmation or access details.

Prices are displayed in the stated currency. Your financial institution may charge conversion or transaction fees.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and checking confirmation messages.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error. If this affects an existing purchase, we will give you the choice required by applicable law.

4. Class passes and packages

Unless a sales page states otherwise, a 10-Class Pass is valid for three months from its purchase date. Passes and packages are personal to the purchaser, cannot be transferred and are not refundable for change of mind. An extension may be offered at our discretion where illness or exceptional personal circumstances prevent use. Please contact us before the pass expires wherever reasonably possible.

Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Participant responsibilities

Read and follow the Health Disclaimer and Participant Waiver.

Tell us about relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or changes that may affect safe participation.

Work within your own capacity, stop if something feels painful or unsafe, and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

For online services, arrange a clear and suitable practice space, stable equipment and any support reasonably needed.

Behave respectfully and do not record, photograph or disclose another participant’s personal contributions without express permission.

6. Changes to schedules or facilitators

We may make reasonable changes to class times, format, location, content or facilitator. If a material change means we cannot provide the service purchased, we will offer an appropriate remedy consistent with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Digital access and intellectual property

Website content, class materials, videos, recordings, workbooks, graphics, written content and teaching resources are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the material for your own private practice during the stated access period.

You must not download unless expressly permitted, screen-record, copy, share access links, reproduce, teach from, sell, publish, upload or commercially exploit our materials. Access may be suspended where sharing, copying, misuse or unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected.

8. Access periods

The access period shown on the relevant sales or booking page applies. It may be a short replay window, a stated number of days or months, or ongoing/lifetime access. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we continue to host and offer that digital product on the relevant platform. It does not guarantee access for the purchaser’s natural lifetime or that a particular platform will remain available indefinitely.

We may replace a hosting platform or access method. Where reasonably possible, we will give affected purchasers notice or an alternative method of access.

9. Third-party services and links

Our services may rely on third parties such as payment processors, Zoom, booking platforms, hosting providers and external websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages beyond our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to help when an outage materially affects a purchased service.

10. Information and results

Our content is educational and supportive in nature. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that every person will receive the same result.

11. Consumer rights and liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, failure to follow safety instructions, use of materials outside their intended personal purpose, or events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability for our negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension or refusal

We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, harassment, unlawful activity, repeated disruption, non-payment or material breach of these terms. Any refund or credit will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any mandatory rights available to a consumer elsewhere.

14. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to satnaam@adinampreetyoga.com. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms accepted at purchase will ordinarily apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

This is a practical business policy based on information provided for Adi Nampreet Yoga. It is not a substitute for legal advice. An Australian solicitor should review policies before relying on them for specialised circumstances.
